We recently conducted transformative Pranakriya workshops in the vibrant cities of Jaipur and Hyderabad, where participants immersed themselves in the power of ancient wisdom blended with modern science. These workshops were designed to activate and harness the energy within, providing tools for deeper self-awareness and relaxation.

Workshop Highlights:

*Nerve Impulse Force Activation: Participants learned techniques to stimulate and regulate the nervous system, enhancing their mental and physical well-being.
